The service i receive at Helix dental is absolutely amazing. Dr. Flamenco is a very knowledgeable, super nice and very friendly dentist. The whole staff there are fantastic. Ruby ( office manager/receptionist ) is very friendly and super fun. I've never felt rushed or pushed into having any work done there. I highly recommend you to become a patient of Helix dental.

Excellent experience with Dr. Flamenco helping me with my night oral appliance to treat sleep apnea. Finally I can sleep through the night and feel rested in the morning without a CTPAT machine. Having a great dentist is so important. That’s what I found with Dr. Flamenco and his staff at Helix Dental. He covers all the bases of your dental health and makes you feel so comfortable during procedures and if you have any questions or concerns he is ready to address them. He also specializes in Sleep Apnea and is one of the best in San Diego. Shout out to Ruby at the front desk and Mark his assistant. Everyone is so nice and kind.
